Returns & Exchanges
At XO Treatment Room, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services. We understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary, and we’re here to assist.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, with tags, boxes, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Window:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
- XO Treatment Room monitors return activity closely. We reserve the right to decline returns at our discretion in cases of excessive or potentially fraudulent behaviour.
To begin a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us:
- Email our customer service team at info@xotreatmentroom.com.
2. Wait for Approval:
- Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your return package.
Important:
Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Limited edition products
- Special orders
- Personalized items
- Sale items or discounted orders
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees
Final Sale:
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you have any questions, please contact us at info@xotreatmentroom.com before completing your purchase. Once the purchase is made, all sales are final, and we will not be able to accommodate returns or exchanges.
- Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Important Notes:
- Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@xotreatmentroom.com.
DAMAGED ITEMS
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@xotreatmentroom.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
