Shipping & Delivery

  • XO Treatment Room ships worldwide via Canada Post and UPS. For your peace of mind, all available shipping options include tracking and default insurance coverage of up to $100 CAD. In the event of Canada Post service disruptions, we automatically reroute all shipments through UPS to maintain speed and reliability.

  • While you may see specific carrier options at checkout, final carrier selection may vary between Canada Post and UPS at the time of fulfillment, based on availability, destination, and shipping logistics. If you require a specific carrier, please contact us before ordering.

  • If your order exceeds $100 CAD and you’d like to insure the full value of your order, please email us before placing it — we’re happy to arrange additional coverage at cost.

  • At checkout, please ensure all address details — including apartment, suite, unit number, or buzzer code — are accurate and complete. XO Treatment Room is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your country or region is not available at checkout, please feel free to reach out to see if we can work out the details.
  • Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging that our fulfillment team has received it.

  • After your order is processed and ready to ship, you'll receive another email with your tracking information.

  • We ship Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM GMT, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

  • High-Season Disclaimer: During high-demand periods, such as Black Friday, holiday seasons, or promotional events, processing and shipping times may vary. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be shipped during these times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We ship from Calgary, Alberta. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is fulfilled.

  • Within Canada: Shipments typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

  • To the United States: Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days.

  • International Shipping: For destinations outside North America, delivery generally takes 5-14 business days.
  • Customs Clearance: Shipping timelines do not account for delays caused by customs inspections or local processing.

  • Delivery Estimates: All delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed. XO Treatment Room is not responsible for shipments that arrive outside the estimated window.

  • Delayed Shipments: Shipping delays, including those caused by the carrier, weather, or customs, are not considered valid grounds for canceling an order.
  • Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150 within Canada (before taxes and discounts).

  • Shipping rates for all other orders and destinations are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and cart contents.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after several business days or appears stalled, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help look into it.

  • Taxes on Canadian Orders: Product prices do not include tax. Applicable provincial taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. As an Alberta-based business, XO Treatment Room is required to collect tax on all orders shipped within Canada.

  • Taxes on International Orders: Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian sales tax at checkout. However, you may be responsible for duties or taxes assessed by your country’s customs agency. Please consult your local regulations for more information.

  • Responsibility for Duties and Taxes: XO Treatment Room is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery.

  • Refused Orders: If an order is refused or returned due to customs issues, it will be considered a final sale. The recipient remains responsible for the full order total, including any original shipping charges, taxes, and additional customs or duty fees.
  • Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Order Cancellation: XO Treatment Room reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including orders flagged for fraud, delivery risk, or fulfillment limitations.

  • Lost Parcels: XO Treatment Room is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft that occurs after your order has been shipped. Once a parcel is in transit, any delivery issues must be reported directly to the carrier (Canada Post or UPS) using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

LOCAL PICK-UP

  • Local pick-up is available free of charge at XO Treatment Room in Downtown Calgary.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM GMT (excluding holidays), and are typically ready for pick-up within 1-2 hours of being placed.

Pick-Up Process:

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming that our fulfillment team has received it.
  2. Booking Your Appointment: A team member will contact you via phone or email to schedule a pick-up time at our location.
  3. Ready for Pick-Up: Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a second email confirming that your order is ready for pick-up at your scheduled appointment time.
