Shipping & Delivery

  • XO Treatment Room ships worldwide via Canada Post and UPS. For your peace of mind, all shipments include tracking and insurance coverage of up to $100.00.

  • If your country or region is not available at checkout, please feel free to reach out to see if we can work out the details.

  • At checkout, please ensure all address details—including apartment, suite, unit number, or buzzer number—are accurate and complete before finalizing your order. XO Treatment Room is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging that our fulfillment team has received it.

  • After your order is processed and ready to ship, you'll receive another email with your tracking information.

  • We ship Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM GMT, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

  • High-Season Disclaimer: During high-demand periods, such as Black Friday, holiday seasons, or promotional events, processing and shipping times may vary. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be shipped during these times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • Within Canada: Shipments typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

  • To the United States: Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days.

  • International Shipping: For destinations outside North America, delivery generally takes 5-14 business days.
  • Customs Clearance: Shipping estimates exclude any delays caused by customs processing.

  • Delivery Estimates: Canada Post and UPS delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. XO Treatment Room is not responsible for shipments arriving outside the estimated timeframe.

  • Delayed Shipments: Delays are not a valid reason for canceling an order.
  • Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over $150 within Canada.

  • Shipping rates for other orders and regions are calculated at checkout based on your location.

For tracking inquiries, please contact Canada Post or UPS directly using the tracking number included in your order fulfillment confirmation email.

  • Taxes on Canadian Orders: Product prices do not include taxes. Applicable provincial taxes will be added based on the shipping destination. As an Alberta-based business, we are required to collect tax on all orders shipped within Canada.

  • Taxes on International Orders: Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian sales tax at the time of purchase. However, you may be responsible for additional taxes and duties assessed by customs in your destination country. Please check your local customs regulations for more information.

  • Responsibility for Duties and Taxes: XO Treatment Room is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs.

  • Refused Orders: If an order is refused at customs, it will be considered a final sale. The recipient will remain responsible for the order total, including shipping fees, taxes, and any additional customs or duty charges.
  • Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Order Cancellation: XO Treatment Room reserves the right to cancel any orders at our discretion.

  • Lost Parcels: XO Treatment Room is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs once your order has been dispatched from our location to the shipping address provided. Any issues or errors must be reported directly to the shipping provider (UPS or Canada Post) for resolution.

LOCAL PICK-UP

  • Local pick-up is available free of charge at XO Treatment Room in Downtown Calgary.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM GMT (excluding holidays), and are typically ready for pick-up within 1-2 hours of being placed.

Pick-Up Process:

  1. Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming that our fulfillment team has received it.
  2. Booking Your Appointment: A team member will contact you via phone or email to schedule a pick-up time at our location.
  3. Ready for Pick-Up: Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a second email confirming that your order is ready for pick-up at your scheduled appointment time.
